Dream Home Fund is in its founding stage. We're building a team of faith-driven leaders committed to expanding homeownership for every family.
The people building Dream Home Fund from the ground up, with faith, expertise, and a deep commitment to housing justice.
Kelvin founded Dream Home Fund out of a frustration he is still living. He and his wife are themselves working toward their first home in Southern California, where the math keeps refusing to add up. His family has faced the same wall, and so have many of his friends. Not income, not credit, just the cash to clear the down payment.
His background is in the commercial loan space, where he has spent years learning how capital is structured, deployed, and held accountable. That financial rigor is the foundation for how Dream Home Fund operates.
He started this work because he believes showing God's love to a neighbor is supposed to be practical. Housing is one of the most concrete places that love can land, and a covered down payment is one of the most tangible doors anyone can open for a family that would otherwise stay locked out.
Kelvin lives in Tustin with his wife and a steadily growing collection of plant babies. No human kids yet, but the plants are thriving.
As Dream Home Fund grows, we are adding mission-aligned staff and advisors. If you are passionate about housing justice and faith-driven impact, get in touch.
Dream Home Fund is governed by an independent board committed to mission integrity, financial stewardship, and community accountability. Our board is being assembled.
A retired middle school teacher and Deacon at Harvest OC, David spent 28 years investing in young people in the classroom before bringing that same heart to the Dream Home Fund board. He joined because helping families fulfill the dream of homeownership is one of the most concrete ways to share the love of Jesus with the people around us. He and his wife love exploring new restaurants together.
Dream Home Fund is growing. If you are passionate about housing justice, faith-driven community impact, and expanding homeownership access, we would love to connect.
