Dream Home Fund established as a faith-rooted 501(c)(3) nonprofit housing ministry with a clear mission, governance structure, and leadership team.
DPA silent second mortgage program structured, eligibility criteria defined, and application process built. Dream Simple is sized to 3.5% of purchase price, capped at $45,000, available for qualifying borrowers across the Sunbelt states to start. Income guidance varies by program and capital partner.
Application for approval as a HUD-Approved Nonprofit under FHA's Secondary Financing program (Mortgagee Letter 2025-05; HUD Handbook 4000.1 Section I.B.4.b.iii) submitted. This approval is required before Dream Home Fund can originate DPA silent second mortgages. We are actively working through the approval process.
Engaging mission-aligned capital partners including solar companies, home builders, faith communities, and CDFIs to fund the DPA pool.
