Program Licensing is offered at Dream Home Fund's discretion and is subject to review, approval, and execution of a formal licensing agreement. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer to license, a commitment to approve any application, or a guarantee of any particular outcome. Counsel and review fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the applicant regardless of the licensing decision. All licensees remain solely responsible for their own regulatory, compliance, and licensing obligations in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
